Yarabo

I had lunch at Yarabo twice during my stay. Shrimp Noodle at Yarabo was the best lunch. Noted on my wonder-tips site.

Soba with shrimpThe shrimp from the island is unquestionably fresh and delicious from shell to head. The head miso is particularly delicious and seems to be worth 1700 yen.Vegetable soba seems to be a soup like tanmen in the inland, with noodles from Okinawa soba, not soup from Okinawa soba. I was hoping to combine so-called Okinawa soba soup with special soup stock of prawns.

I went when I went to Taketomi Island.It was delicious, but the one I ordered didn't come.I was apologized when I said later, but I was charged for that amount.

Yaeyama soba that has been passed down since long ago is one of my favorite, but I came across a new Yaeyama near "Takaribo" in Taketomijima. The soba with plenty of shrimp and vegetables cultivated on the island was a superb soup which had shrimp 's soup stock acting as an old fancy taste.
